Quite a bit different than paleo eating recipes, but saw this on Dr. Eenfeldt’s sight about a possible paleo movie. The film trailer looked interesting. Hope it raises enough funds in order to become released.

Is there a preferred type? Refined may good a good choice since it had no coconut aroma, don’t know if that takes anyhting away from it.
Only use virgin expeller pressed coconut oil. If it doesn’t say that on the jar, don’t waste your money on it. It should smell exactly like coconuts, if it doesn’t than you bought the wrong thing.
Because if it doesn’t smell like that, it was deodorized and hence heavily processed, right?
I think entheogens posted a site that sold coconut oil marketed under candle making supplies; he said it was the same thing but much cheaper because it wasn’t sold as a cooking old, but could be used as such because it was labeled “food grade.”

The $20 gallon is more practical.
