A friend of mine has injected 2 cc of test (combo of E and proprio)in his tight. Usually he does it in his butt, it’s his first time in his tight.
He felt no pain whatsover when he injected last night, but today as the day goes on the pain is bigger and bigger and he walks with a limp.
Is it a “normal” pain because of the 2cc and first time thing, or is an infection and possibly serious? No redness or swelling is evident, but the stiffness is as somebody had kicked him in the leg.
There have been a ton of threads that answer this question already.
Injecting prop hurts later that day or the next, almost always. Test E, sometimes depending on the manufacturer.
If there is no redness and the site is not inflamed or very warm to the touch then it is most likely not infected. If it shows any of the above symptoms or you start feeling ill (nausea, flu-like symptoms) PLEASE see a doctor ASAP. Otherwise your friend should be ok in a few days.

Has he tried injecting in stockings instead of tights?
But seriously, it looks like he may have nicked a nerve. It’s not serious but he may limp for a few more days. Tell him to make sure when he injects in his thigh that the needle is in the correct position. The needle must enter the vastus lateralis, which is at the outside of the thigh.
My first experiance/shot of prop in each delt hurt the next day, couldnt put my arms above my head. Tell your friend to either split up the injections into two different areas, try warming the test under water also.
The pain from the prop should become less and less throughout his cycle, hopefully
Tell him to stick with the dorsogluteus site for injections. If he’s still experiencing pain get him to apply some heat to the area and gently massage.
bro, your first run with prop might hurt…and yeah, the pain/discomfort could last a few days.
it looks like he either injected too quick, knicked a vein, a nerve, moved the pin around a lot when shooting, didn’t massage after, was tense during the shot…it could be a lot of factors you see.
he should not stress so much after only 2 days. if the pain persists for a few days more, and the area develops a lump, redness and is truly hot to the touch, then he may have to worry. but right now my guess is, it is a combo of a 1st time shot to the quads, and a little paranoia.

Your spot on Juice. SwD, get your friend to take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen and see if that helps. If he develops a fever, or the injection site becomes really red and swollen, then take him to the doctor. I can’t see him wanting to shoot in his quad again for quite a while.
The pain has diminished a lot and he can walk, though with a pronounced limp.
But the “red skin area” has spread a lot too. Maybe it’s just the gear flowing cause he feels jacked. He even lightly trained his upper body.
Like I said, he feels a lot better but the slighty warm red skin is spreading so the jury is still out if it’s infected or not. Looks good though.
I’m putting this info for those who’ll have the misfortune of injecting sust/prop in their thights in the future… P.S. DONT DO IT

Here’s the deal. If it’s not pharmaceutical grade(they don’t hurt at all) then it either has a high BA content because they make it in a facility that isn’t totally sterile so they amp up the BA content to prevent infections, and that’s what hurts.
If it starts getting red and he doesn’t feel good and is running a fever it’s probably an infection. How severe? I couldn’t tell you. I guess he could wait it out now that he’s getting better anyway. In the future see a doctor, if this happens you could get a serious infection.
I knew a guy had to cut pieces of his shoulder out from an infected shot.
Tough it out. The first time I injected into the quad I was using wintrol. The next day it took me a good 30 seconds to sit in a chair and couldn’t bend my leg but when it came time to squat it was possible to work through the pain. It’s all in your mind.
The funniest part is for the first 12 hours or so it feels fine but when I woke up the next morning I thought Jaws ripped my fucking leg off.
The pain is bad enough, it’s the large area of red warm skin that was scary. And the “great unknown” factor. We’re tough guys. We’re supposed to tolerate pain, but infection or not is the real question. Let’s face it: we’re more scared of facing doctors, surgery and people’s judgment than physical pain.
The redness, stiffness and swelling are all slowly going away so it looks good. Still scary stuff. He’s more buffed already and it was the very first - and only - shot of this cycle.
