I am in the middle of season 3 of OZ and I am starting to like it more. I am coming like the Tobias Beecher character more and more too. It’s interesting watching him go from a self-loathing douchebag to a hardened badass. The metaphor is universally felt among BBers and other lifters I imagine.
This show rocks, but a friend told me that towards the end they start becoming shockingly more gay in terms of the content, and the story line drops off. I wish I didn’t know that, lol.
Yeah, I think it was around season 5 it goes downhill (6 seasons IIRC).
1-3 were great
The show gets uber-ghey the last two seasons. It lost its flare after: SPOILER ALERT!!!
Adabisi dies.

I didn’t even like the episodes leading up to that incident too much. It’s still a sick show though. I actually wrote a paper about one of the episodes for a class I was taking at the time.

That’s more than we can say for Omar from ‘The Wire.’
