Overwhelmed Looking for Advice

Depending on how much fat you have in the area, you can either do 1” for deep IM or 1/2” for shallow IM in the quad.

Nope, use 1in 23g or 1/2in 27-29g. You can experiment a little, use larger needle for large amounts. Personal preference here, but obviously a 1cc dose sq won’t work too well with a 3/8in, 31g insulin needle. Some guys seem sensitive to the larger, longer needles.

Yeh i’m thinking the same that with once weekly shots e2 gets a chance to drop slightly those last couple of days where as with frequent injections you have pretty much a flatline e2 level. I think we may need that slight variation for what ever reason.

Well 5 weeks in to 100mg weekly on thursdays my total t dropped to 222 and my free t dropped from 74 to 37. My dose was increased to 140mg weekly. Shgb is 27 and my e2 wasn’t tested for some reason. My hemoglobin was at 17 which is where it stays around even without trt. So going to donate tomorrow even though its normal for me they want me to. I go back in a month to retest. They said if theres no increase in my numbers im going to have to do a few in office injections to see if its “my technique or im just not absorbing it”. Lmao technique. The shits going 1.5” deep. Its in there. Must be the nice way to say we wana see if you are manipulating the system. Which im not. Crazy thing is i dont even feel that bad before my next shot. What would you guys estimate 100mg is getting me at peak. I lift heavy and hard 6 days a week.

Would lifting make the body use it up more and faster. Or does that even affect it at all

Bingo!

Wild guess here, 600?

Been having blood draws for 2 years. Hemoglobin hematocrit and rbc tested 5 or 6 times. It’s always above range rbc and my hemoglobin is 16.5-17. Hematocrit 51-53. Every single time. Now its the same as pre trt and they want me to donate. I told them it was high. Their staff didnt even run cbc before hand but i showed her my chart and all my levels. My gp was never concerned with any of it he said thats what happens when you workout and attributed it to that. My oxygen levels heart rate and blood pressure are perfect. Guess i go to red cross today on my day off. Re test in a month where my ferritin is getting checked.

Just hit the red cross. They did a hemoglobin finger prick test. I was thinking well im screwed. Not sure the cut off didnt wana be too obvious so i didnt ask. Results were 14.9 lowest i have ever seen it in all my tests. Gave blood went on a merry way in and out in 25 minutes and it was my first time donating in my life.

One thing to remember when you go and get blood draws…

Go first thing in the morning fasted, and HYDRATE. Nothing skews CBC labs (other than an actual issue) worse than not drinking enough water before hand and being partially or fully dehydrated.

I drink only water. And lots of it daily. Dehydration Shouldn’t ever be an issue. Maybe occasionally in the summer due to working in the sun. Ive been up 3 hours and have drank Four 16.9 oz bottles of water already. Thats everyday. Now the fasted part i never ever do. I always eat breakfast at 7:30 am. Usually have blood drawn around 830 or 9. Would that affect hemo and rbc? I mean i ate before donating and it was 14.9 on their test. I have no idea how accurate it is though.

Yeah I always want to see fasted values for CBC labs… It’s the only way to know where your body stabilizes at, and those values go nuts when you are trying to digest.

Ok. I will see if that helps next time.
