I used to be all about being covered up in the gym all the time, but now I’ve been doing this and it feels good man. I thought sleeveless shirts were for tools before lol, but it feels better being less restricted, plus it’s easy to look more swole than the small douches wearing beaters in the gym.
I like the football bros. There are always two of them at my gym. Underarmour shirts, football gloves, compression shorts, and the newest nike shox. They’ll always do a triset of 135 benches with a spot, some type of plyometric move, and, no joke, throwing a football back and forth in the middle of the crowded weight area.
