Yes. I try to think back when I was actually horny 24/7 (about 16-22years old) and I was covered in back acne. I HAD to have had higher e2.

I think ratio comes into play. I was just reading in the pharma forum. Guys that shoot for high T and want to keep their e2 bet 20-30 get into trouble.
Higher T is ok to have higher e2. Perhaps as when we were in late teens.

I wonder if I’d feel the same with a high test/high e2 as I would with a medium test/medium e2 IF the ratios were the same?

I think so. But need to keep an eye on free t. If free t is good at medium then I would think it’s fine.
This is a unit conversion misunderstanding. Every study in that video uses pmol/L to measure e2. On this forum, we usually use pg/ml. 75+ pmol/L equals 20+ pg/ml.

@physioLojik are most guys in the Pharma forum NOT using an AI at your instruction? When guys blast and cruise do you suggest no AI? I haven’t read much over there and am just curious. I have a friend (seriously LOL) who plays around with blasts but his normal protocol is 300mg a week and 1mg arimidex. I don’t think he ups his AI when he blasts.
@NH_Watts honestly man I just basically tell guys to do what works for them. Me and everyone else I know just runs tamoxifen on cycle 
@physioLojik only during blast cycles? How does it work differently compared to anastrozole?
@NH_Watts I run 20mg tamoxifen year round. Arimidex limits aromatase from changing test into estrogen. Tamoxifen only causes certain receptors to not allow binding of estrogen. What it does that’s awesome is not just that, but it also tells your body to also produce testosterone on its own even on cycle to some degree. You get none of the negative sides of low e on tamox. Sorry if this is choppy I am in Mexico and perhaps had a few too many.

@NH_Watts 20mg/ a day. You can do 10. Yep it’s an oral and it is extremely kind to the lipids (estrogen is healthy for blood chemistry)

Ive been on TRT just about 10 months though, with no HCG. Will it restart my HPT axis and get my testes functioning again? Help bring back/maintain testicular size, etc?

I really don’t feel comfortable running tamoxifin long term. I see why physio may be doing it. He blasts all year around.
There’s just isn’t data about long term affects.
@anon10230041 I don’t blast year round. I blast 12/16 weeks on and about 12 weeks around 300 t weekly
