when it comes to training it is:
4 days on 2 days off
cardio 30-45 min with a sweater on (cross trainer)
splits: shoulders/hams/abs
quads/calves/abs
chest/bice/abs
back/trice/abs
-all high intensity 4*12, some pyramid style, some drop sets, everything is super set
-supplements:fish oil, bcaas, isolate protein, 1MR pre workout, leucine, beta alanine, arginine

5*11 height
216 on the photo
24 age
aiming for 185 on stage
1 month after my diet started…3 months to go. 200lbs
