Orion, Are You Related?

Are you one of the 19?

“So far the 19 individuals have not been informed of their genetic relationship to Ötzi.”

That was a thread killer.

But really, that would be kinda crazy if he was.

Lets see if he responds. It was more for lulz than anything else. It said Austria and the only person I know that lives in Austria is Orion.

In reading the article and viewing the photos it becomes abundantly clear that orion is, in fact, a descendent of Ã?tzi.

I believe that eventually the death-causing violent blow to the head will be identified as having come from either an exceptionally small, irritable male, or, more likely, AN ANGRY FEMALE.

I suppose Orion could have his genome sequenced and find out if it is a member of the specific G-L91 sub-halogroup identified, and then, if so, then we can forevermore refer to him as Orion Eismannsonn.

Its highly unlikely, him being from Tirol and all.

I find the number of 19 a bit low though.

Someone who died that long ago should have way more offspring.

He obviously didn’t have your game. I hope he wasn’t a beta orbiter, but with only 19 offspring in the time before birth control, well - I think it’s clear that he was no alpha. Did you look at the pics? He wasn’t that good looking, either, which couldn’t have helped.

Wait, he had 19 offspring? And they’re all still alive? That would be quite the story.

The method used for identifying relatives might only work for the straight paternal line. There could be a lot of others who are not identifiable because of limitations in the method.
