Baka… I know this is from a couple years back, burn how has your luck been with the syringe issue, I am about to live in Okinawa…

Been here since 2006 (military, EASd here shortly thereafter and non-SOFA). Syringes are hard to come by, but accessible, they just need to be accounted for (non-SOFA off base).
Depending on your insurance and if you’re DoD affiliated or not will be the real key to obtaining them.
