Ill try to make this as “short” as possible. Just looking to see if you guys have any opinions or ideas on a few things.
So ive been dealing with low T, for at least a few years now. Cant say if before that but thats only when I started getting regularly tested. Ive tried to put off doing all the treatments for as I dont really like the idea of being on something the rest of my life. Plus although my insurance will cover most of it, its still a hit(even if small)to my bank account each much. I know some would say its a small price to pay to feel better, but ive read a lot about people having trouble getting into a sweet spot with there dosing etc. And I deff do not want to feel any worse than I already do. Also I should say I have a lot of other health problems im actually on disability so lol.
Anyway more recently I tried taking clomid again with arimidex. I was given clomid like 2 years ago and I tried it and man even one dose I actually felt worse on. So ive stopped well more recently I tried it again with arimidex and I made it through gasp a full two doses before I was like fuck this and stopped. I guess im just really sensitive to it.
Anyway this time however I did get tested again and from only 2 doses my test got as high as 650, and I got my estrogen down to 26. So not to bad right? Well the problem is I still am extremely fatigue and sexual desire is basically almost non existent.
So sadly looking at my free T that however has NOT changed. And is still ass im 7.2 and the level is like 10-30. Also im not sure what is the optimal bio available levels but I was 130. So I assume that is not great either. For what its worth to add they also tested my vitamin D levels, and even with going tanning and taking vitamin D supplements I was only a 30. I assume this could just be because I have corhns and I was dying from C-diff at one point so my body in general is pretty jacked up inside.
So I guess my main thought is that free T is more important than total towards actually “feeling” better. So is there anyway that people can think of to raise my levels for this with out taking the shots? And what is optimal bio level for T? Again im really scared to start really going on TRT cuz of cost and potential side effects so im trying to put it off. And thats why ive tried clomid a couple times because I dont want to do permanent damage.
Anyway if you have any thoughts or ideas thanks. Also if your asking yes besides when im in the hospital and sick, im actually probably the most healthy dude I know I always force myself to work out when I can all that kinda stuff.
