Opinions on My Test Values

Hello, i’m 31 years old and lifting for about 14 years.

Did some blood tests and the results puzzled me a little. I never took steroids or any drugs that might lower my natural T, and yet, it seems to be placed on the bottom of the normal range, which come as a surprise since i don’t feel weak while training and, as a natural lifter, always believed i had used some good weights in the basic lifts.

DHEA: 6,0 NG/ML : normal range - 3,0 to 11,0

DEHYDROEPIANDROSTERONE: 233,4 ug/dl - 160,0 to 449,0

ACTH: 23,1 PG/ML - 5,0 to 46,0

Total Testosterone: 419 ng/dl - 241,0 to 827,0

Free testosterone : 8,37 ng/dl - 3,4 to 24,6

Bioavailable Testosterone: 196.14 ng/dl - 82 to 626,0

FSH: 0.8 mu/ml - 1,4 to 18,1

FSH for example, is VERY bellow average. What do you guys think ?

up

Ranges for the values would help.

updated with the ranges for the values. please help !

DHEA should be higher. You could try micronized DHEA. Should also test for E2.

anyone else ?

FWIW, my pre-TRT numbers were similar to yours, except that I was 42 at the time and hadn’t been in the gym in 20 years.

I went on TRT and adjusted dosing of both Test and Adex to get my total/free test in the upper part of the ranges, and to get E2 down below 30. I feel great now, and after two decades I’m back in the gym and killing it. I also went from 30 something % body fat to 19% before hitting the gym.

Thanks for your reply. i went to the doctor, and he said there was nothing to worry about my t levels. He said that since my bf was around 13 % and my strenght was good, my apparently "low "levels might be due excessive amounts of exercise and swelling that were “using” all the free test on my body.
