Agreed. Though some groups have it worse than others. As far as this website goes, I think small people face way more ‘discrimination’ than gay peoples. Which makes a degree of sense given its nature.

I guess I don’t see what everyone is talking about when they refer to homophobic behavior on the threads here at Tnation. I’ve been here a while and read all I can, (even Powda’s posts). And from what I can tell, the people here at Tnation are some of the most accepting opening minded people around. Alot more so here than in my working environment for instance.
Also, ProfX stated the majority of society is homophobic which I really have to disagree with. With shows like Will and Grace and Queer Eye being hits, I think the minority is homophobic.
My brother is gay and I love him to death. He and his partner have one of the strongest relationships I know.
Just my opinion.
p.s. Vroom’s gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

I’d admit my sexual orientation is of type that likes the male race.

A guy I see every now and then at the gym is openly gay. He is also pretty badass as well. Stands at about 5’6 and I would say weighs about 210-ish, solid muscle. He is one of the few people I have ever seen deadlift at my gym, so I instantly thought this guy was cool. (BTW, he was pullin up 405 like it was nothing) Does martial arts as well. I feel bad for anyone that would mouth off anti gay slurs at him, but from the look of this guy I doubt that happens often, LOL. Ive referred him to this site, and he probably browses quite often.

When i was about 20 I worked for a collection agency in Toronto. The big boss was this British guy who pumped iron…stood 6’2 and probably weighed a solid 240 pounds. I remember he somehow locked the keys in his car one day and I was standing around with a bunch of the other collectors wondering what he was going to do… He smashed his fist through the driver side window and got his keys.
We all freaked out.
It turns out he was as gay as George Michael.
It really made me change my preconseption of what gay is…
