M 41 y/o Kansas resident. I went to my regular doctor and had a conversation about low energy and increased fat despite no dietary or exercise changes. I got a blood test and was told that I wasn’t low enough for TRT. I don’t know my levels, I wasn’t given any sort of print out. This falls in line with what most guys at the gym have said, most doctors don’t want anything to do with TRT. There’s a couple hormone centers locally that do TRT, but they’re $200+/month and they want me to come in to get every shot. Hard pass. That leaves me with online clinics. Defy and TRT nation do not serve Kansas. I’d like something on the lower priced end of the spectrum and I don’t want AI mixed in, I’d like it separate so I can control my own dosage. Any suggestions?
I use Justin groce at the restore clinic for telemed TRT. I started with my local doctor and eventually switched to Justin. Couldn’t be happier. You can Google him and it’ll pop up.
