Is it really safe to purchase online? Legally and otherwise. If so how does one ensure he is not being ripped off, and what are the legalities of it? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

NO, steroid is illegal. Unless you have a prescription from a doctor. My friend used to need it for asthma and they treat him with steroid in the hospital.
PS - I wouldn’t trust any online store that sell steroid illegally.

Now, it all depends who and where you are getting your gear from. But if you’re going to purchase online (probably via western union, etc) you had better trust your source, because you will never get that money back (and there is no way to get that money back, since you’re purchasing something illegal) if your source decides to fuck you over.
I’ve ordered over the internet once, and received exactly what I ordered, although it was expensive, I actually did some research before returning from my last trip to thailand, and found that is actually completely legal to import steroids into the u.k as long as they are for personal use,so my friend in thailand will be sending parcels over on a regyular basis from now on, 1000 dianabol for $30 I love it!
