Online MSc Recommendations?

OK so here’s the deal. I am pretty successful at my job but I hate it. I feel totally in a rut and am looking for a change.

Even if eventually I don’t move into a new career I think I would get a lot out of studying again (I am in my late 30s).

I think the areas that interest me most are Sports Psychology and Exercise Physiology.

I live in Mexico so any study would have to be online.

Can anyone give any recommendations of any courses or schools?

Adams State University in Alamosa Colorado has some online options, but they are MA in sports mannagement, and MA in Sports Coaching.

Probably the best online program that I can think of for exercise science in the MExSi program at Edith Cowen Univerisity (Australia). That one is pretty much the gold standard for strength and conditioning coaches who want to do an online program.

Another online one is the MSc in strength and conditonining at St Marys University College in the UK.

Not really familiar with the sports psychology field so I cant really help there.

thanks for the suggestion. Hadn’t thought of Australia but actually not a bad idea. They have good sports programs

Edith Cowen is very expensive and it is only course based, so if your looking to do research its probably not the one for you as it doesnt require a thesis/disertation to complete.

What is your desired career path??

Thanks for the response Tork.

I have always enjoyed training fighters (BJJ and MMA) and would love to eventually either set up my own facility or work with other people to do it. I am not overly focused on what the career path would be, more, I would like to get involved in the research that I love reading. My background is that I have a BSc in Chemistry from a good university in the UK but I have spent the last 15 years working in Marketing, Management and Outsourcing. I am just in a rut at work, good at what I do but it doesn’t fulfill me so want to spend my time doing what I enjoy.

Training, Teaching and learning.
