Online Coaching legit?

Like with my shoulder issues, i thought I had a torn lebrum and everyone was telling me that im self diagnosing but when it came to fruition that it was, they couldn’t say anything. I just research a lot on this stuff and if it aligns then I roll with it such as this case.

Getting one diagnosis correct is a sample size of one (n=1). Just keep that in mind. And yes, doing your own research is extremely good, but it has its limitations.

I think it’s just someone who already made a decision looking for outside justification.

I am just interested in how the social pressure pushes our youth to pursue physique excellence as quick as possible. I wonder how I would have reacted if I had experienced the same pressure.

As I reflect on my journey, I believe that I pursued the best path to achieve my best physique at the minimal expense to my health. Would I have caved to today’s social pressure and taken the “short cut” that now tempts our youth?

So my thought is that I am just curious. OP has a time sensitive concern to add real muscle. Most others are self imposed goals.

Also I’ve taken Mk 667 and Reta. All mk did was make me fat and reta is good in low doses but has been linked to some dopamine issues. Not tryna sound dumb or anything but it’s not gonna mess me up right?
