One Week Longer or One Week Doubled?

So i asked this in my proposed cycle thread but I want to ask JUST this question for this thread and get a couple opinions.

23 years old. 6’2" 198 lbs First ever cycle, currently in my 3rd week. (4th week starts on Monday).
I am loving it, strength went up by the 3rd day of week one and has only been increasing. Started at 193 so up 5 lbs.

SIDENOTE: Do have a slight strain in my left forearm/bicep i think from the extreme volume I have been doing. Going 6 days a week at 2 plus hours a day. So I’m taking 3 days off and it hopefully will subside. I think i got this strain from doing bent over bb rows. My previous best was 185 8 times. I did 225 10 times last Sunday but after that I noticed the strain through my arm. Maybe my forearms can’t keep up with the rest of my strength… either way I really hope it doesn’t linger because the way it is right now it really effects most upper body lifts. So if anyone can chime in on advice for injuries on cycle/or something useful to suggest based on what is noted that would be worth extra credit! haha if you need more clarity on this please just ask…anyway towards the thread question at hand…

Week 1-10 Test E 500 mg/week (250mg injections monday and thursday)
Week 1-10 AI .25mg EOD
PCT in order starting week 13

Here’s my question:
I have 2 250mg amps EXTRA that I want to use. So i was wondering: should i just go for 11 weeks (and move pct back a week) OR double load (1000mg) one of the weeks and stay at 10 weeks?? If so which week and how? Meaning if I did that would i just do 500mg monday and 500mg thursday or maybe one of the days be 750…

Would it maybe be best to do that doubled dose on the last week if I did that? And if so how would it effect my PCT start date if at all?

id just lengthen the cycle and keep the dose steady one or 2 extra weeks will have no more noticable suppresion then the origional cycle
