I’m glad you reminded me of this movie. That is definitely one of the most gritty fight scenes I’ve ever watched. Good shit.

There was very few violent scenes in that movie and no guns at all but it just sticks with you. The fight scene was absolutely amazing. You get this sense that your life, along with Nikolai ofcoarse,is endanger as well. He desperately tries to do anything in his will and power to survive. And really, thats what sets this fight scene apart from say,the fight scenes in “Commando” It wasnt about winning the fight,it was was about surviving.

Okay you get a pass, cause the movie was very violent and badass. Been awhile need to find that and go back and watch it.
Kung fu panda.
The Life of Brian or pretty much any Monty Python flick.
I guess if I picked stuff like Fight Club or Eastern Promisses I’d get psycho pretty quick.
Im juggling Predator, Snatch and The Dark Knight.
o.k. lets try again how about any of the jason bourne movies.
Blade Runner
The Name of the Rose
Dersu Uzala
anything from Miyazaki
I would have to choose The Departed. Not necessarily because it is the movie that I enjoy watching most, but because every time I see it I feel differently about it. There is always some little line or insinuation or sexual innuendo that I pick up on with every new viewing–not that I didn’t catch it before, but sometimes they just seem to jump out at you in a different way, mean more than I thought, etc. The end result is that every time I watch it I come away with a slightly different experience, which is huge when you are considering seeing only one movie for the rest of your life.
Plus the chick from Up In The Air has an awesome ass.
