M21 5’11” 161lbs. I feel like my body has been responding very very well to strength training- went right into old school volume training, strictly barbell and dumbbell exercises and I’m hooked. I know the photos a pretty shitty angle but for one month in how do I look? I don’t really know what’s considered a good physique or not here so any input is greatly appreciated.
I am confident you could make it to 2 months.
