On TRT One Month, Mental Fatigue. Need DHEA Advice

Anyone able to give an Insight into how much Body fat i might have now on T.R.T anyone at all? & if someone knows if Creatine Monohydrate is a good muscle building?? Supplement when combined with Whey too.

Creatine allows your muscles to store more ATP, this converts to adenosine phosphate or something like that when energy is required I don’t remember the specifics. Adenosine phosphate (or however you spell it) is used to fuel various cells and therefore can increase muscular endurance, power, speed etc, but not significantly. Studies have shown creatine significantly increases muscle mass when combined with training compared to placebo, so creatine is one of the few supplements with data suggesting it works. Think about it like this, I’m not sure whether creatine has a direct effect on muscle mass but if you were taking creatine and could previously bench 225 for 3 sets of 4 reps, you could now get 3 sets of 5 reps, the extra reps over time should equate to more muscle mass, there’s also the intracellular water retention which makes your muscles look a bit bigger. Whey protein is simply a source of protein derived from milk/ dairy I believe. It isn’t ABSOLUTELY needed, however if you are unable to get in adequate amounts of protein from quality food (chicken, eggs, tuna, sardines (with tons of very spicy hot sauce to wash out the sardine taste #lifehax) etc you can use whey protein to supplement in extra protein.

I actually like the sardine taste BUT I do like the ones that come in hot sauce.
