On TRT 4 Years, Erectile Dysfunction Last 6 Months

Alright guys I just don’t understand what’s happening and I don’t know what to do.

I’ve been having some real Erectile Dysfunction since last november. I never did real cycles but I did try SARMS (Ligandrol, MK677 and Ostarine) last year.

I tried some Cialis and it seemed to work a little but I don’t want that. It’s not also just sex, it’s also a real struggle during masturbation.

Here is my blood test from last month:

Testosterone - 6,92 ng/mL // 24,0 nmo/L
( Testosterone levels in 2019 - 8.86 ng/mL // 30.75 nmol/L )
( Testosterone levels in 2020 - 9.10 ng/mL // 31.55 nmol/L )

T.S.H - 1.94 nmUI/L
( T.S.H in 2020 - 3.31 mIU/L )

Estradiol - 17 pg/mL // 62 pnmol/L
Vitamin D - 20,4 ng/mL
Sodium - 140 nmol/L
Potassium - 4,01 nmol/L
L.D.L Cholesterol - 0.57 g/L // 1.48 nmol/L
H.D.L Cholesterol - 0.38 g/L // 0.98 nmol/L
Creatinine - 110 umol/L
Glycemia - 0.92 g/L // 5.11 nmol/L

My doc said everything was fine, that I was just lacking some Vitamin D so she gave me something to drink.

I also realize that my testosterone and T.S.H levels dropped compared to 2019 and 2020.

Edit: I am on TRT since 2017 and I have been out of HCG for a month.
My dosage is 100mg of testosterone enanthate a week.
I split it in two on Monday and Friday and inject some HCG after that.

What dosing are you using?

My bad, my dosage is 100mg of testosterone per week.
I split it in two and inject HCG and Test on Monday and Friday.

My levels are getting lower so I’m thinking about increasing the testosterone dosage.

Test is prolly too low. I take double that. Also, bite the bullet and take Cialis daily. Use it or lose it. You’re on TRT for a reason.

Alright, I’ll change the dosage and see what happens

Your estrogen is low, don’t understand how you doctor missed it when its right in front of him. Adult male should be no lower than 20, preferably you want it higher.

Your doctor didn’t even check the Free T.

My estrogen should get higher when I’ll be back on hCG.
Otherwise I don’t know what to do

Your testosterone levels are in the low end of the range, especially for one on TRT. As such, your estradiol will be low. You could likely expect free testosterone to be low as well. It doesn’t really matter though, your testosterone levels are consistent with those starting TRT, not already on TRT.

If I am you, I’d go to at least 150mg a week, maybe more.

Your doctor is correct. Everything is fine, except vitD. That is if “fine” is defined by numbers, or lab ranges. You are within range. But, you are not “fine.” If your doctor is in general practice, then you have responded to therapy and reached therapeutic levels. A TRT practitioner will not look at you or your labs, the same way.

Yes, but increasing your testosterone dose is another option.

Hey guys,
I’ve taken your advice and used 200 mg of Test split in two shots a week.
No AI, no HCG.
My erections went back and I think I feel better.

But I see everywhere that 200mg a week is not considered TRT.
I’m also going back to HCG.

Is 175 a week safe enough with HCG?

Dont worry about what other say. Some need less, some need more. If you want to throw in HCG, go ahead with the 200mg. Test in 3 months and then adjust the dosage if it puts you in too high of T level. Lets say your balls dont actually work even with HCG, and you have side effects.

Hi guys, I think the 200mg gave me gynecomastia. My left nipple is a little bit swollen.
I am thinking about going back to 150mg. But should I buy some AI to get rid of this?
What should I do?

If the swollen nipple is recent as in since you inceased dosage, ride it out for a bit - do not change protocol again so soon! I had a bit of tenderness and swelling but it went away in a few weeks never to return.

This is not how gyno works. Take it easy and dont give yourself anxiety too.
