Just go to the Xbox website and get it taken care of. They paid for everything for me and it took maybe a week or so to get it back. The warranty got extended if I’m not mistaken because so many of them had issues.

lol I was lame and got it at midnight, drove past a gamestop that had a solid 50 people waiting. I went into walmart to join 3 other people.

Send it in for repairs, I did that for mine and it takes some time but they extend the warranty another year past repairs. I paid 100 bucks last time to have mine repaired and it has been cruising fine for 2 years of pretty heavy use (I use it for all my dvds too).
