Omega 3 and Fish Oil Timing

I take 10 regular fish oil capsules (180:120 dha/epa) in the morning because I’m too lazy to split it up.

Well that’s a bit of a stretch there but if it makes you happy…refrain from unimolecular consumption as well.

3 times a day… morning, early afternoon, early evening. I personally take 9 pills daily in intervals of 3.

breakfast, supper and before bed (1 each)

I find that taking them before you eat minimizes fish burps
