V-ups are a fav do you use weight? feel like Vups are a “triple threat”

First on the lift off(initiation), then on the reach and touch the legs with weight(trying to hold it there and reach even higher), and a closer of weight slowly lowered behind head, straight arms.

Hey Up! Your welcome lol. Yea legs were really sore but i’ll get something in tmrw. I am on the road again so hotel gym. But they have some db’s and some leg machines. Probably enough for my sore legs lol. I have to try weighted v-ups…just did reps today bit maybe next week heavy rollouts and weighted v-ups? I’ll catch up to you in the ab department one of these years. Btw typing on phone so not responsible for typos lol!

Hardly on abs, Ive got to stick to it, I kill it- back off, kill it- back off.

I just use a 10#er seems to be enough resistance, and the hold behind the head is a little too much with heavier, it can be done but slower and smoother.

I’m going to Miami next week. I can’t wait to check out the gym where I’ll be staying. From the pics it looks very 1980s Miami Vice…lol! But I love the challenge! Its fun going into other gyms and seeing what you can do.

But I figure a few DBs and a pullup bar is all I need. And anyways, I got the beach right there :slight_smile: Might do some running, bounding type stuff…

Day off for me today. I did my kettlebell condo after my workout yesterday. Made the workout s little long but i wanted to mix it up a bit with a longer day and then off today versus the normal workout yesterday and kb’s today?
