Received my new single ply squat suit. I managed to get it on,and just tried to get a feel for it. With the straps up, I might squat about 4 inches…with 135 lbs, lol! Barely reach the bar on deads, this is going to be fun! Will get into it more next week.

Cleans have become stupid-easy. The jerks should be too, but I’m still unco-ordinated on the split. The 5th at 205 looked better than the first 2 as I started to get the sequence. Noted that the jerks felt light so I went for it on the presses and it paid off. 305 is the highest squat triple I’ve done in a year.
Second workout with Randy. Deadlifts today. We chatted a bit about what I had done in the past (310 a few months ago, 275 at the meet), then he watched my form.
