That’s a bold statement coming from you. So then, you are an economic genius? And this genius of your leads you to believe that concentrating even more power into the hands of the very few narcissist is a great economic plan?
Ok, economist genius, tell us how this will work. Tell us how the very government who made gas prices go up 250% in less than 2 years, will do a better job? The government that has brought us 9.1% inflation, food shortages, energy shortages, economic stagnation bordering on collapse, and lets not forget just fired 40,000 active military because they won’t take a shot they don’t need, and has us on the brink of war with a nuclear power, etc.,etc. etc. Tell us how also turning our oil production over to them is a good idea?
Tell us how handing the keys of the core of our energy needs over to the very people who turned us from a net exporter of oil, into a country begging OPEC for more oil, is going to help?
Or will I feel good enough about the fact that a hand full of people will no longer get rich off of it, that I can burn that good emotion in my stove, or car, or power my house with it?
@castoli If big oil started drilling every lease they had and pumping every well at full capacity, how do you think all of this oil would get refined into gas? Where is all the slack in the refineries that could take up that extra volume?
If the private sector controlled the sahara it would try to squeeze out every last penny out of it to enrich the already rich at the expense of the working class.
Sanders is a moderate. And a supreme disappointment to back Biden and the DNC who essentially cheated him twice. Do the majority of his policy prescriptions go against the will of the people? Or against the oligarchy?
When people have to choose between life necessities for survival, they do not have enough. When you are choosing which car to take on a joyride you have enough.
