I am not saying climate change doesn’t exist. I am saying it may not matter if we already hit the “stop here or we’re f*cked” point (which we are very close too and I don’t see humans mitigating despite all the BS promises made at the global climate conferences).

Don’t most all of you believe that the ingenuity of man could overcome a little global warming (if it is in fact occurring)?
So what if the coastline changes a little.
So what if it feels like your house moved 500 miles south.
So what if there is an increase in storms.
One benefit of increased CO2 is that plants will grow faster. We call CO2 a pollutant. Vegetation calls it a breath of fresh air.
But destroy the planet? Come on now. It would just be an inconvenience in the big scheme of things.
I kinda think what will end up lowering emissions and helping control climate change is going to be increases in prices of those things that contribute to global emissions.
You can tell people or corporations to be green all day. I don’t think most will do so until it makes financial sense to do it.

But what does that do to terrestrial gill breathers like spiders and other insects?
It increases their size by several magnitudes! Then we’re looking at arachnids like ticks the size of dinner plates and tarantula as big as cars.
We’re in a goldilocks zone in more ways than one.
This entire thread you have piled on people for following the majority opinion or status quo on the economy and how money works.
But, with global warming that is as or more politically charged than the economy you fall hook, line, and sinker for the status quo and the political brainwashing line.
Do I need to spell it out more or can you follow now? Stay with us I know trading currencies and counting pennies is pretty taxing.
