CGB… I take ICE postworkout instead of SURGE. Solo takes the Surge, though. I do love the Surge, YUMMY, but ICE is more what I need right now as far as carbs/calories are concerned, besides, it’s a nice mixture of BCAA’s + Glutimine. It’s also a Biotest product.

Okay, you see it a lot on swimsuit models. Legs together, straight on shot (front or rear), there’s a “gap” at the crotch where you can see daylight.
