100 dips with just body weight was harder than I thought it would be but I got them all in.

Beach trip. Nothing but treadmills and stair climbers in the “fitness area”. So I did 100 push ups and jump squats everyday. Not sure if that did much good but I figure it’s better than nothing.

Just got back from a conference at the beach. I saw two guys there who were bigger than me. My kids actually pointed them out to me. We are going back next year to the same conference at the same place. My goal is to be the biggest MFer there. I have 1 year to get there.

Bench was 8 sets of 10 and 8, 8 on the last 2.
The PUs were body weight only and greatly assisted. The last few sets were really more like a quad exercise.

Haha. That’s the goal. I am going to have to start focusing on arms a little more I think. Start training more bodybuilder-ish.
