In my gym all the equipment is spread between 4 different rooms, pretty much impossible when it’s busy to hold multiple stations without being a massive pain.
I’m with you on the too many gym trips, I’ve switched to doing barbell complexes at home as conditionong, sitting in traffic for 40min just to do 20min of hitt, then doing the same to get home doesn’t work!
Exactly. I have a kid now so my “free time” is shrinking quite rapidly. Having a garage gym set up gives me soooo much more time and freedom with the way I workout. Kid goes down for a nap, I hop on over to the garage for an 18 minute HIIT session.
I have heard a few of my favorite lifters talk about this program as the one that “opened their eyes” to their own programming that its always been on my radar to try (cant believe it came out 10 years ago). Specifically Alpha from this site, aka Brian Alsruhe, and Jamie Lewis from Chaos and Pain. Now that I have the equipment and the means to do it, and its an 8 week program and there are 8 weeks left… it seemed like the right time to jump on the train.
I’m gonna take some pics tomorrow so I have a good comparison of before after. I missed the start by a few days but 8 weeks versus 7.5 weeks wont make a big deal for comparisons sake.
##I just thought I’d pop in here to save you guys some effort. You might as well give up now, because the supps are on their way. You guys no longer have a chance.
I like how you added in plazma twice. It was almost as though you were like… Eh fuck it, I’m gonna bring my A game. More plazma it is.
Oh and on a side note, @Chris_Colucci, will y’all feature some of the people from this challenge on the Facebook page(with their permission of course)? Saw that @MarkKO was featured recently and this just came to mind.

I’ll have to see what HQ is up for when it wraps up. But yeah, they’ve been spotlighting different forum threads (from all over the site, including the T-ransformation and the 405 deadlift challenge) on Twitter and FB recently.
I was 50/50 between this and the HIAH routine. I really do think Waterbury is slept on as knowing his shit and being ahead of the curve on a lot of stuff. Should be a great plan. Looking forward to seeing how it treats you.
