Where in Balboa Park? do you mean over by Morley Field and the Balboa Tennis club, would prefer that area, am willing to bring KBs, sled, prowler. also have some chains and handles to connect together to look like Dave Tate curling or tricep extensions with 'em. right now two are wrapped in towels so I can throw them over my shoulder like a bandolier to do cardio with until my vest comes.
I think that is where he was talking about? Over by the Tennis courts and the dog park over there.

Perfect, yeah right between Mississippi and Louisiana there on Upas st. It’s nice and flat and parking is usually no problem. There are some wood planks right there that I use to do pushup and also some pull up bars back behind the tennis courts too. With the weighted vests, KBs, sled, prowler, sandbag, and chains this could turn into a hell of a day.
I’m up for going Wednesday and/or Thursday afternoon, could be there around 4:15 - 4:30 pm
’
I could do wednesday but have class tuesday and thursday nights so I’d have to pass on those days…
Oh and Akuma you should be there! Get your big ass out there and do some conditioning. One day wont kill you… or will it?!? Mwwaaahahahahah!!!

I TOLD you, im allergic to conditioning. The whole idea behind getting big is that i dont have to walk, i PULL things to me. BUT once again, if youd like me to show up and provide emotional support WHILST chowing down on a picnic meant for 5, I might be able to fit that into my schedule. Could take pics of me, throw em up on HugeDomains.com.

Great, have a friend that plays tennis there.
So you guys want to shoot for tomorrow? 430 is fine.
which KBs do we want. have 10,18,24,36,44,53,70lb, with some doubles. have bands too, but don’t think will need. I’ll tell you it won’t take long with that damn prowler. Haven’t pushed it on grass yet, but it should be easier in reality than concrete. Will bring a camera and a bucket :)
sorry, can’t make it tomorrow (Tuesday) but can go on Wednesday and/or Thursday.
I think Greg said he has class Tuesday and Thursday so 4:30 on Wednesday 7/14 looks like the best day.
with the prowler and the sandbag I’m thinking the 24 or 36 KBs would be good for some Turkish get-ups. I’ve never used a prowler and this new sandbag so we’ll see how much of the ‘get-up’ I will be able to actually ‘get’…might need to bring that bucket
OG are you gonna come out and do some conditioning? Do you know any full body conditioning exercises that involve two people? Yep that’s what I was thinking too… Tractor pulls. Too bad we don’t have a tractor

Yeah I’ve got class tomorrow so I can’t be there. If it’s Wednesday though I’m in. Never done a prowler either but sounds awesome. I’ll bring my cleats. With us bringing all our own equipment out there people are gonna think we’re a bunch of crossfit homos lol. Except for Akuma… They’ll think he’s our weary friend who we haven’t quite convinced yet to drink the kool aid

I train at the Miramar 24, the one right next to MCAS. On my rest days I’m usually at La Jolla Shores in the mornings enjoying a ligh jog.
Oh and here’s a pic of my favorite place in SD…
La Jolla Cove
Wow that place looks amazing. I’m going down to UCSD so i should be very close to this? Definitely going to spend a lot of time at the beach
you are going to be extremely close to this going to UCSD. A nice little bike ride and you will be there. → i meant to La jolla coves, the pic that seize posted
but
you will be closer to this place: Torrey Pines Beach and in the background Torrey Pines State Park if you are down for a little hiking. Cool place to take a date. → The pic i just posted
I have lived 3 miles from UCSD my whole life…so some helpful advice…if you want a sandwich you go to Board n’ Brew in del mar. If you want a dirty delicious california burrito, you go to the Roberto’s in Del Mar. If you want the best breakfast burrito in all the lands you go to Pipes in Cardiff and you get the sausage burrito. Mmmmmm

How dare you insult, LT. And Lorenzo Neal is a favorite of mine.

I’ve pushed it on both, grass is harder than concrete/pavement. Though it’s “fun” when you hit a thick patch and the prowler slows down.

Yeah, I’ve been to Board And Brew before, good stuff. A buddy of mine that use to work at the GAP over in Prospect, he led me on to it.
As far as good ole mexican food is concerned I like Jalapeno’s in Carmel Mountain, Lucha Libre off of Washington St, for rolled tacos I like Patrons in Mira Mesa, for my pollo asado, Super Sergios in Clairemont, for shrimp burrito I like Cotixan off of Market st in downtown, and last but not least for my Machaca I like Albertos in Poway. Yes, living in San Diego you kind of get accustomed to eating mexican food, Some places are better than others!
Where is everyone’s favorite spot for fish tacos on Taco Tuesdays?
I’m a big fan of South Beach Bar and Grill in OB. It’s way at the end of Newport. That place is probably the best fish taco’s I’ve had in SD… It is always suuuuuuuper packed on tuesdays though and its first come first serve so you gotta be quick to get a table! Everyone’s standing around like vultures to get a spot
^^damn homie! You get around with your mexican food. I applaud your desire for the finest. I haven’t been to any of those places but they have all been added to the mental mex bank.
