its 8 on 8. Blocking with open hands (but on the line they let a lot go)
Its a 100 yard field and first downs are every 20 yards.
now now now Akuma and TD54… play nice otherwise you guys are going to be on timeout

No Sir. Dropped it. 200k fat huh…hmm…gonna go round up some beer batter and a large deep fryer…
If you need a ringer at some point for blocking or rushing, I can play linebacker of fullback as well, hit me up.
Same here, if you need a ringer at wideout/DB.
(though I should mention I’m still pretty vain/arrogant so I can’t rule out any TO/Ochocinco diva-type antics…

are you down in the San Diego area?
at least 1-2x/month and I could plan around it
Well of course today of all days we’re experiencing a torrential downpour. Barring a very rapid and very extreme change in the weather I’m afraid that practice for today is going to be canceled. Sucks.
Shoulda scheduled it for Sunday…
Ok folks, sorry for taking forever with this. going through pictures for Navy retirement and found them.
Here are pictures from our San Diego, Morely Field workout with Prowler, sandbags, chains, kettlebells et. al.
More to follow.
Cheers,
Chris
Pulling a sled with 1pood KB sucks when the 1 3/4" manilla line is 200feet long and adds to the weight, but great back pump!

Maybe better seated?
More pulling fun for all my friends…
The trick is to slightly back up as you pull so the line doesn’t pile up by your feet.
Angle of pull/muscles worked also depends on angle of torso as demonstrated/seated vs. leaning into it…
^^damn that looks like a good time!
