^^Yessssss!!! Masche loves the stache! (it even rhymes! Amazing!)

Pimp my mustache

Forehead-stache?

I used to rock different combo’s of mustache and beard, too much gray now though.

What’s the gray have to do with you no longer sporting facial hair?

Because I don’t want to look like that! And it makes me look older. When you are 20 that’s great, at 47 not so much.

I don’t care for facial hair on younger men. I’ve dated a lot of military so that might be why. I don’t remember which movie this pic is from Trout (Ghost Rider?) but I have to admit I found Sam Elliott over the top hot at the time and was a little surprised by it. I think it’s the macho thing…deep voice, lined face, rugged look. I’m sure no one under 40 thinks he’s hot. Wait, wut thread am I in? ;-)[/quote]

deb the sam elliott may be from ghost rider, but it does bring up one of the finest collections of mustaches ever put to film…TOMBSTONE!!!

and for the forum i prefer the amish beard, abe lincoln style…gives to the line “i’d plow you like an amish man supporting his family”

HA!! I’m 47 & my kid thinks he can out grow me in the beard dept. Let me preface this that my ex/his mother is a full blooded hairy Italian. So he has more hair on his back than any other 10 yr old I’ve ever seen. So as of Sept. 1st the contest begins. & I’m like you Testy, its all gray.

EDIT- He’s really 18. But the rest of the story is true.

As a general rule I agree with ID. However, some guys can pull off things others can’t. like the fu-man-chu.

Mines salt and pepper but any facial hair makes me look older. On the plus side I can grow a full beard in less than two weeks.

When your 47 who gives a shit how it looks? You should just say “I’m 47 and I’m the man. I dont give a shit what anyone thinks”

While I generally agree, I don’t try to look older or younger. Gray beard adds 10 years to me.

The full head of long hair is not a bad look for you artsy types, but I don’t see you rocking the mullet. That would move you up a couple decades.
