shouldnt this be in SAMA?
Check out what it does in the second video (“A Dazzling Show”). Unreal!
Suddenly I’m hungry for calamari.
Did anybody else read that as “Cuddle Fish”?
Kind of screwed that the fucking divers are distracting the octopus causing him to become lunch.
Could anyone tell what that thing was that octo was so interested in?
I have never heard of a cuttlefish. That’s awesome.

I thought the same thing. He may have been alert to the cuttlefish’s presence had the divers not been there. And I think it’s an adjustable wrench the octo was playing with.
Wow, didn’t know cuttlefish were so badass. I used to see them all the time SCUBA diving in the Carib.

The octopus took one of the diver’s tools hostage.
Maybe the diver’s were actually working…as I saw a nut fastener in the background. So maybe the octopus shouldn’t have been bullshitting around…lol.

Alternately, he the octopus might have remained blissfully unaware of the cuttlefish because it is apparently some sort of supernatural, pitiless demon ninja squid against whom there is no defense. Seriously, would not have guessed that that craggy, moss-covered rock was actually a predator. Can’t imagine how bloody terrifying it would be if those things attacked people.
I fucking HATE cuttlefish and I fucking HATE octopus’ even more.
I saw an octopus on a night dive once. I almost shit myself.
Octopuse are some pretty badass predators themselves. I remember seeing a video of an aquarium where all the sharks were dying and they couldn’t figure out why, so they set up a camera and caught a damn octopuse offing all the sharks. He didn’t eat them, he just killed them. Guess he was bored…
Cool vid.

I don’t understand this. Why would anyone become a diver if they don’t think things like octopi are cool?
