Beers make pigs fat? who’d have thought?

Being drunk is a disease too, so you should get double bonus points.

That means I getz da Obama phonz AND da Obama interwebz? Thank you AlGore.

There is a ton of money to be made here and big business has the money to lobby these changes.

100 million people suffer from this, can now seek treatment via Obamacare. Brilliant.
The best part is mine and your tax dollars get to be spent on them being lazy as shit. I’m all for people getting healthy and in shape. This isn’t the issue though, its an issue of people being incredibly lazy and having every excuse under the sun. Now we suffer for their laziness. Why? Because they are soon to outnumber the people who give a shit about their health.

You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.
But it appears you can make it eat. lol

If you think this is about Obama and socialism or whatever then you would be wrong. It’s about capitalism and business.

Why, when it’s so much easier to blame Obama?

No, crony capitalism in in many ways the opposite of capitalism.

Or keep control of the masses which is even easier if they are all fat. O Wall-E you have it all figured out don’t you.

Agreed. Blaming capitalism is like blaming the cow when the cook at TGI Fridays over cooked your NY Strip.

Or maybe it’s where they both meet up and both sides are benefited, which is a scary thought.

What do you guys think this will do to insurance premiums?

With GodKingCare coming at us, and all signs of premiums going up with that as is, what kind of wrinkle does this throw into the mix?

Does this pave the way for discriminatory practices litigation?

Do we have to redefine what “obese” is and when it starts?

Are Obese children, born of Obese parents victims of child abuse and/or neglect now?

Hey fellas,

We here in California just passed Senate Bill 35, which mandates voter registration along with signing up for the healthcare exchange. Imagine if this happened nationwide.

Can anyone say permanent Democratic majority ?

I must first say I have a good body mass , I would not mind losing 2 inches off my waste , but that would require giving up my 4 Peaks beer

I see a whole lot of misunderstanding of the term Disease Definition & Meaning - Merriam-Webster . There is more to obesity than what it used to be. GMO , high fructose corn sirup are the main issues today , just my opinion

I can see it already…
“As famine spreads in third world countries, America cuts its foreign aid budget to curtail the spread of life threatening diseases such as obesity”

Simmer down, french fry. Attempting to divine my thoughts while I am typing in ebonics/textese is neither wise, nor advised.

This has nothing to do with capitalism. Well, at least not free market capitalism - real capitalism. This is crony-capitalism - the union of an oversized, corrupt bureaucracy and so-called businesses that are nothing more than well-monied vultures feeding at the trough of taxpayer dollars.

Please be a dear and learn the difference between the two.

Didn’t see your post before I replied. Your reply is much more concise.

This could just be a brilliant way to solve the social security problem. Get people to die younger.
