Obama to Extend Patriot Act
Yes, yes. I see…you think that this is an acquired dementia whereas I see it as congenital idiocy.
Either way, it cannot be by accident; it must take years to achieve this level of extrovert stupidity.
LOL! Keep it coming, you’re complete destruction logically, has resulted in you playing lil bs internet childish games to try to save your ego! This pure hillarity, everyone come and watch!!!

Okay, I can play along. THE SKY IS GREEN AND THE GRASS IS BLUE!

I’ve never been a childish cowardly bitch, can you tell me what it’s like?

Naw. If I were Nominal Prospect, I’d quote Mein Kampf, and tell you how I am smarter than you, because never went to college, despite this make 300 dollars an hour fucking/working out fat white women. Then I’d go into some tirade about bein Aryan and descending froma Knight/King or something.

Do you think I am an anti-semite or some neo-nazi, have you even read my posts in this thread?
The closest thingt o anti-semitism, I said was that, Stalin was Jewish, which is not a ‘racially loaded’ comment, we were speaking in context about ‘Russian’ aggression. I responded indicating the butcher of 10s of million of Russian, was not ethnically Russian.

You need to grow up and sotp being afraid of talking about facts. You don’t get extra points with your local synagogue for never using the word Jewish.

I’m about to step about of this thread, cuz I already logically dissassembled you fuck tards and now you’re doing some crybaby shit which noone finds cute.

I bid you ado. Your intellectual value has depleted.

No, I don’t think so.
Al Shades aka Minimal Prospect is too dim-witted to fake this level of ignoramitude.
No, this idiot is the genuine article, a natural, a Joe Montana of an internet idiot. A regular T-Nation Hall of Famer.

I think you meant adieu but you think Stalin was Jewish(thanks for the laugh btw) so I might be wrong.

Much adieu about nothing.

No problem, withdraw your troops from all over the world, stop the wars and deal with your shit at home.

As long as you have to draw the whole world into your little temper tantrums we cannot help but be involved in some way.

Got it?

If we withdraw, you and yours have shown yourselves incapable of controlling the basest urges.

We tried to withdraw at Versailles in 1919.

You and yours couldn’t control yourselves.

Oh, at least we have little “temper tantrums.” Your temper tantrums involve the killing, raping, and torturing of MILLIONS.

Ah, so people who “cannot control themselves” need American help?

Funny that people are dying because Americans cannot control the urge to shove white powder up their noses, or build pipelines around countries they have thoroughly alienated.

So you are seriously making the argument that we would need the US to teach the world temperance and civility?

Have you looked at your country lately?

bota:

What are you blathering about, now?

Look at your spasms of extreme violence. Without the U.S. there, you cannot control yourself.

For instance, even you cannot contend that stalin wouldn’t have eaten you after 1945.

Guess who was there to save you.

You are one of those guys that brags for the rest of his life because he was a mediocre high school quarterback once and received one, nay TWO, blowjobs from a cheerleader, right?

I am afraid that the days of your imperial glory are over and that we unwashed savages will have to shoulder the burden of our existence ourselves.

You should have a difficult time settling into a firm possition. Talking about the Patriot Act as good or bad isn’t nearly as effective as talking about specific parts of the Patriot Act. A new thread discussing specific parts of the Patriot Act would be interesting.

What would be even more interesting, would be a discussion of the underlying tactics, not the process for obtaining permission. In practice, does it really matter how law inforcement obtains the rubber stamp to spy on us? Does it really matter if they are able to start spying on me today or if it takes them a few weeks?

The problem is they are not MY troops, MY shit at home, MY temper tantrums. I am not sure whose they are? If these things were mine, it would be “no problem”.

Your grandpas thought the “world police” were pretty cool guys.

…on May 8, 1945 an Allied military mission arrived in Oslo which delivered the conditions for capitulation to the Germans, and arranged the surrender, which took effect at midnight. The conditions included the German High Command agreeing to arrest and intern all German and Norwegian Nazi party members listed by the Allies, disarm and intern all SS troops, and send all German forces to designated areas. At this time there were no fewer than 400,000 German troops in Norway, which had a population of barely three million.

Following the surrender, detachments of regular Norwegian and Allied troops were sent to Norway, which included 13,000 Norwegian troops trained in Sweden and 30,000 British and American troops.

but the world police helped create the problem.

Too simplistic.

A thousand different things helped create the problem including a butterfly flapping its wings in Brazil.
Exactly.Simplistic answers to complex events over a long timeline are just so much mental masturbation.

I like simple answers. Would there have been a Hitler without our involvement in WWI and in the one sided treaty that followed? How many times have we done this to ourselves?

Conservatives talk a good game when it comes to unintended consequenses of domestic policy, but for some reason the same discussion doesn’t apply outside our boarders. The same politicians that fuck up our economy and domestic well being, screw us for generations with foreign policy.

That wasn’t a very nice response. I’d like you to relax, as you are going to start leaking again.

Now, I shudder at leaving you in charge of yourself. We’ve all seen how that ends up.

Finally, if we were true imperialists, you’d be paying for my things.

Have a calm day.

Friend, you are very confused. Please look up Wilson and Versailles.

If the English/French had listened, hitler would have stayed a failed artist.

Please read about it. Wilson was repudiated by the other powers.

When you invent them there 20/20 hindsight glasses that one can wear in advance you will become a mega-billionaire and you can control the world!
We don’t need 20/20 hindsight glasses. We just need to understand unintended consequences. We need to limit the damage our federal gov’t is allowed to do. Not just domestically.

I beleive I am familiar with what happened. Wilson had a hard-on for engineering world peace and a seat at the treaty table, realized entering the war was the only way to do this, and then caved once there.

I will read a bit more about WWI at some point. From what I have read, it doesn’t seem there was any clear victor in sight before we got involved. Pure conjecture, but it seems a fair treaty would have been more likely with both sides taking an equal beating.
