I’d like to know how many times US forces tried to take out bin Laden with Pakistan’s ‘help’ before Obama’s advisers were able to convince him that the magic beans our ‘allie’ sold us won’t grow into a beanstalk to bin Laden town.

What would they prove: that they know how to use violence to solve problems or that they are intellectually superior to all of us in PWI? If they want an intellectual fight they would probably be out matched but I am not going looking for fights either way – I really don’t care.
There is nothing special about being in the military; the only requirements to join the club are: take orders without questioning them, two opposable thumbs, and able to fog up a mirror. I should know – I got the shiny badges to prove it.

I’m inclined to agree but wouldn’t you agree that the entities that should get the most critique/insults/parodying are the ones that are in power? The government gets plenty of that however the military whenever it receives all to many times do people come to the defense of it rather then at least listen to what they are critiquing.
