Obama Ineligible to Hold Office of President under Constitution

Once again, your reading problem is rearing its head, as I just explained my problem with your precious factcheck.org authentication.

If everything were disproven as you say, then why the lawsuit?

again, from factcheck.org

FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false.

You’ll notice the examined the original and it had a raised seal. You’re going to have to try harder to explain this conspiracy theory.
Why is everything you disagree with a conspiracy theory? Why is Obama not held to the same standard that regular folks are?

You seem to have a raging stiffy in painting me the color you need me to be.

You don’t get it. RJ hasn’t seen it personally.

Don’t you conspiracy folk think that McCain would’ve sicked his legal team on this already if they thought there was really anything amiss?

I don’t have to see it personally. I would just prefer someone besides a couple of jerkoffs from factcheck.org to tell me he has a valid US birth certificate.

Seems no one else has received clearance to enter the new baby jesus’ HQ to examine it.

I’ll just repeat what Mufasa wrote:

This is just absolutely SCANDALOUS!

If a sitting President can’t cover-up his blow-job with an intern in the Oval Office…can someone PLEASE tell me how a junior Senator running for public office pulls off running for the highest office in the Nation when he isn’t even a citizen?

The conspiracy to cover it up and suppress it would not only have to be BROAD beyond all comprehension; and it would have to involve a LOT of both Liberal AND Conservative individuals.

Is the Liberal Press sending out some kind of mind-control beam through our TV’s?

This is one conspiracy I just can’t seem to grasp guys.

I’m open for enlightenment.

Since when have photocopies of legal documents been acceptable as substitutes for the original? Like it or not photocopies are not acceptable for any kind of identity document, not your passport, nor your drivers license or your birth certificate. The only copie that is ever acceptable is what is known as a “legal copy”.

If you don’t believe me try this experiment, put a jpeg of your drivers license up on a myspace profile, then the next time you get pulled over for speeding tell the cop he can check your myspace if he wants to see your drivers license because you don’t believe in carrying around a legal copy.

But if it is procedure to give a vault copy birth certificate, whatever that is, then he should have to follow it. Especially since there does seem to be some possibility that he in fact could not be a US citizen.

Here mate, I found it for you. Here’s a hint, if dumbasses on the internet are claiming something that seems like it’s a conspiracy theory…it’s a conspiracy theory.

The truth about Obama’s birth certificate.

Summary
In June, the Obama campaign released a digitally scanned image of his birth certificate to quell speculative charges that he might not be a natural-born citizen. But the image prompted more blog-based skepticism about the document’s authenticity. And recently, author Jerome Corsi, whose book attacks Obama, said in a TV interview that the birth certificate the campaign has is “fake.”

We beg to differ. FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false. We have posted high-resolution photographs of the document as “supporting documents” to this article. Our conclusion: Obama was born in the U.S.A. just as he has always said.

Before you call people dumbasses why don’t you take the time to watch the video and find out why factcheck is not acceptable?

Factcheck is a division of the Annenberg project, an organisation in which Barry has sat on the board of directors. It is a conflict of interest to have an organisation Obama is on, or has been on, the board of directors of, do the fact checking.

Now who is the dumbass?

From your own link:

The document is a “certification of birth,” also known as a short-form birth certificate.

So where’s the real thing?

Be sure to read all 11 articles in the series.
I have to admit, at first I thought this was a completely lame attack on Obama. But then again, I only have this site and the factcheck.org to go off. I would need more references before I could reach a conclusion about the validity of his birth certificate.

For me though, this is obviously not a clear cut case. This is exemplified by the fact that someone is taking this into a legal case, which I doubt they would waste the time and effort if this was a “conspiracy theory”

Make sure to have fact check dot org verify that it is indeed a copy of an original DL. That will make it even more valid.

Any nut can file a law suit and many do. I wouldn’t take that into consideration when making any decisions.

Do you know this for certain?

I just mentioned the fact that whether or not someone would waste their time to file a case which is without merit should not be taken into consideration when deciding if something is a “conspiracy theory” or not. He should consider other reasons to believe or disbelieve the accusation as people spend their time doing all sorts of things which he might consider wasteful.

Do you disagree or are you just trying to start an argument because you don’t like my avatar?

I misspoke. Frivolous lawsuits happen all the time. I should have said that, given you have a competent judge, there should be some degree of merit to the suit for it to move to trial.

Evidently, you don’t read many of my posts. I start arguments all the time. Your avatar, or lack thereof, doesn’t mean anything to me.

You really like the italics, don’t you?

I am not dodging anything. I have never mentioned a conspiracy theory. That is a straw man you created. I am just commenting on the facts as I see them.

I guess if someone doesn’t walk and talk just the way you want them to, you have to use italics and straw men to get your point across.

You are free to call my opinions whatever you want to call them, regardless of how wrong you may be.
