Oatmeal.. Good or Bad?

DUDE…COME ON…you are questioning the quality of oatmeal in ones diet…wtf? It’s been a staple for years and years and years. What are you going to ask in your next thread? Is red meat ok?

Come on man…stop being so carb phobic. Look…I’m not naturally lean whatsoever…I don’t have good genetics where I’m lean no matter what I eat…but I can honestly say that I can tell LITTLE to NO difference in my physique if I eat oatmeal or not. In fact, I have gone a whole month eating tons of shit…(and by shit I don’t mean oatmeal…oatmeal is GOOD). I mean wendys, taco bell, moes, cookies…just shit…along with my good food…and I notice LITTLE change in my physique.

You know how much bigger everyone one of us would be if we just ate how THEY use to eat and stopped questioning whether everything is bad for us. There was a recent article on here about restricting fruit intake…I mean COME ON!! Noone I know has got fat from eating apples …lets be real here. Heres what to eat ready?

WHOLE MILK
WHOLE EGGS
RICE
CHICKEN
STEAK
VEGETABLES
FRUITS
OATMEAL
PROTEIN SHAKES

Come on man…you know this.

IS this thread still droning on? I couldn’t believe anyone had to even ask about oatmeal in the first place.

C’MON ALREADY! This thread shouldn’t be this long! If you’re allergic to something (which can be anything), don’t eat it. Otherwise, in the case of oatmeal, it’s fine!
