Woke up Wednesday with a sore shoulder, which affected stability overhead on these.

All upper body work is on hold until the shoulder improves. This is starting to sound like one long list of injuries.

Woke up Friday barely able to move my arm due to the shoulder, but it got much better throughout the day. Woke up Saturday with only a vague reminder that there had ever been any problem. Was able to throw hard with no pain.
