Npp and deca together advice

Hi i know im probably going to get blasted for this but ive always been admonet that test and deca are the golden combo ive tried all sorts over the years and had varying results but always found test and deca to be my reliable choice. Now im looking at coming off my cruise of 300mg test enan a week again and getting back onto deca but id like to add npp as for one ive never tried it and two i always find deca takes a good 5 weeks or so to kick in as they say now my usual dosage is

600mg test

600mg deca split over 2 jabs per week again i know folks say run test higher bla bla but personally i find this best for me now i usually run this for about 16 weeks or untill i start to get paranoid my mrs is cheating on me with next next doors cat so to speak lol

So what im thinking is could i maybe run 600mg test e and 200mg npp with 200mg deca for the first 5 weeks then drop the npp and go to 600mg deca week 6 onwards? Ive done alot of courses over the years but im by no means an expert i just know what works for me usually.

Diet is 90% clean and ive got an active job so cardio is usually just a hour bike ride 3 to 5 times a week. Training is 6 days a week time dependant.

Im 37 years old and 23 stone bf im not sure but its nothing low i still have the power belly as they say.

Id love some actual advice if you wana slate me for whatever thats fine but anyone who can actually help il thank now

Now that is heavy.
Are you competing in Powerlifting?

No mate i do it purely for a hour a day away from life and the kids lol i enjoy it all and years ago decided if im doing it lets do it properly. Im by no means thin but i look ok

I am not much help for you. My go-to stack foundation was 200mg/wk of testosterone, 200mg/wk Deca, and 20mg/day of an oral anabolic (Anavar, Winstrol, or Dianabol).

I see no advantage to mix the esters of Durabolin.

It was more to see the faster results from the npp for the first month or so then taper off that and into the deca for the rest then

IMO, no one should ever come out of the gate at max dosages.
That is not the smartest way to do things.

You track and weight everything you eat.
You start the ramp at 50 to 60% of your planned max dosages.

Track bodyweight. You should gain nor lose more than 0.5% of your body weight per week.

If your are gaining in that 0.5% range per week and your composition is the same, do absolutely nothing.

If you are gaining but look a little sloppy, up your weekly mg total by 10 to 15% and reevaluate.

You never ever start by eating the number of calories that you will need to eat in the last week of your cutting or gaining cycle and you never ever start at the dosages you will need in that last week either.

Cool so whats that gotta do with starting with npp and tapering into deca?

I have no experience with npp, but had used Deca for two decades. I never experienced this delayed results when using Deca that seems to be the current thought around the AAS world. I do know that the positive effects of Deca drops off about as fast as the other AAS with similar half-lives when you get off AAS. I could feel the drop in strength two weeks being “off cycle.”

I believe the concern about the slow starting of positive effects of Deca comes from the science that show the metabolites of nandrolone in urine up to 18 months after the last injection. But metabolites are not anabolic.

Disclaimer: I never did a AAS cycle that didn’t include an oral AAS the entire length of the cycle. I could consistently feel a strength increase about 10 days into every AAS cycle that I did. I took 200mg of Deca weekly on those cycles.

You do what you think is best. I just don’t see the benefit in trying to “front load” the nandrolone in a cycle. With Deca there is a little of the, “as you need more, you will get more” thing going on.

…not a thing,
Carry on.
