This monday I started my Test only cycle of Test e, frontloaded 1000mg on day one and from that point on 250mg E2D. So around 800mg/week. 4th day into the cycle, I felt my nipples a bit weird at night, and in the morning a lump had appeared. By the 5th days night, my left nipple had a lump around 0.75’’ big. So, I took action. I had nothing other than nolva on hand. So, I used 40mg on night of day 5, another 40 the day after, and today (7th day), no lump to be seen anywhere. So IME experience, nolva is effective in preventing gyno, even reversing it (although I only had it for a couple of days). Also, 100mg proviron ED does nothing obviously to control estrogen, which sucks. Just wanted to share my experience.
Good to know, i too am having symptoms on left nip. Blasted 40mg nolva today (research pharm stuff). Hoping for the best. I also have pre-existing mild gyno from puberty, I can get letro to my door within 5-7days hopefully it wont be needed.

The nolva I am using is pharma grade, bought from the pharmacy next door. I am sure that if the quality of your nolva is good, you will see that lump go away.
I do not have any literature to support this but I found the Enanthate ester to be awful in terms of aromatisation compared to Cypionate. And Prop even better.

I have to agree with singh here. I have run 500mg test prop and 50mg dbol/day for 2 weeks, with no signs of gyno whatsoever. Once I used enanthate test, gyno. I will look further into it why it might happen.
