Christ… What’d you wear a triple XL BCD and 40 lbs of weight? haha

Riviera maya looks like a nice place, though.

Actually, I’m just so bad-ass that I went down holding a loaded 315 pound olympic bar, and an empty 2-liter soda bottle for my air supply. Beat that shit…

But yeah, Riviera Maya is awesome. Dominican Republic was better though.

I’d laugh, but youre not funny- just slightly larger than the state of pennsylvania.

I’ve never been to DR- I have alot of friends who have though, they all said it kicks ass.

Are you certified?

Dammit, my size always gets in the way of my oh-so-witty commentary…

I’m certified through PADI, took an Advanced Open Water course a couple years ago. Don’t get to dive that much though, just on whatever random vacation I end up on…

Definitely go to DR, best diving, both scuba and even snorkeling, I’ve seen. Nice and cheap, too.

Sadly, I recognized the Dory fish. (Finding Nemo. Dory. Yeah.) I will never know its real name.

Blue Tang. haha
Dory was a hippo tang. Also, the picture on the first page labeled angel fish is a butterfly

Reef tanks are a very expensive hobby of mine.

Damnit… hahah

Thanks for the clarification… feel free to name any other fish you recognize, I’d be curious to know them.

Yeah- we had plans to put a big tank in the wall of my basement (~200 gallons) but we never did. Would have been awesome. You got any pics of your tanks/fish?

I am very jealous. I need to go scuba diving again.

I’ve never been scuba diving but would love to. I’ve gone snorkeling a couple of times. One in Cozumel, Mexico and the other St. Thomas, USVI. Both times were amazing. Well, they were for me.

I just love how it’s a completely different world down there. Just peaceful, vibrant and full of amazing life. Great pics and i’m extremely jealous!

Gorgeous pics, R.

Our dive master picked up the “aloha” sea cucumber and kinda shuffled it around to us underwater. Anyway, one guy dropped it- he went to reach for it, and this huge eel popped out of his hole. Needless to say, I heard a grown man shreik underwater.
Pussy. Morays don’t take much flesh when they bite.LOL
