Would definitely recommend squatting, but yes make sure some alternative is put in if not Squats. Focus more on, if the weight youre lifting is increasing as that is the indicator of, if youre strength is increasing. Do understand and educate yourself on the form of each exercise and where exactly its supposed to target, for better MMC. But dw, this should get better with time.
Hello! I don’t feel like my muscles are working now either, but when I first started going to the gym, I had trouble getting out of bed the next day. Yesterday I had a workout, and certain exercises make my muscles burn, and others don’t. This is normall.
Just a quick FYI, you can always check the date of a thread by looking at the last post. Should help you tell whether the advice you’ve spent time writing will reach the person you’re talking to.
