Are you supplementing DHEA?
High SHBG is reducing FT [not tested] and creating a lot of non-bioavailable SHBG+T that inflates TT then TT overstates your T status.

LH varys a lot in time and results are not very useful. Often FSH is a better indicator of LH status than LH itself.
