had some labs done recently and everything looks good. However, I have been dealing with high estrogen symptoms. My E2 came back as 26.4 pg/ml. My total estrogens lab came back at 231 pg/ml. i have been dealing with gynecomastia symptoms. i know typically we shouldn’t care about high total estrogens. but i can’t ignore the high E symptoms. I’m assuming that its high E1. Why is my estrogen converting into E1 and not E2? how can i fix this? don’t think I can take an AI due to my lower end E2. my current dosage is 100mg a week split into two weekly injections
any advice would be greatly appreciated.

E1 doesn’t affect tissues like E2. I don’t think that’s your problem. How long have you been on TRT? If briefly, some breast tissue sensitivity is normal. You could also use Tamoxifen to block E2s affect on breast tissue receptors without actually lowering E2.

it’s been about 4 months, from my understanding and doing some research high E1 can still cause Gynecomastia.
Maybe… I’d try Tamoxifen.
What is your body fat percentage?
I’m in the high 20s low 30s. I’m currently working on getting under 20%, I’m assuming that’s what’s causing the aromatization and high E1 markers. I just really don’t want to come off TRT. at a bit of a crossroads currently.
I think you are on the right track.
In the meantime, you can add. Calcium d glucarate to help drop the estrogen.
Are you on trt?
