I usually get slot of collar bone pain doing these. You think elbow position has anything to do with your/my pain? I find close grip it’s hard to tuck the elbows, caused the bar to drift way down my body. I naturally want to flare my elbows, but then comes the discomfort

Is linking to other websites allowed? Because BarBend has a great article on CGBP that really helped fix the movement for me.

I don’t know, my pain is both above and below the collar bone. During the CGBP, the place where I feel the pain sensation isn’t well shown on an anatomy chart.

At best, I’d say its the muscle crossed by the 7 line here

I can definitely say that my scalenes are tight. If that’s a result of not having my elbow in the right place I’m not educated enough to know. My problem feels as if its primarily about shoulder stability of my experience on close-grip Smith Incline is any indication. My right shoulder was… Moving around as I pressed. In a circular fashion. If you want to repeat the screen I did it in a smith that is at an angle.

Need to watch Alsruhe for some input on how to approach the bent-over row. Last two sessions felt as if they had purpose. This was mindless.

That supplemental protocol is magical. Ruined the Paul Carter 500 rep workout for me, because it lacked by comparison.

That’s the kind of thinking that brought us Hawaiin pizzas.

It was fun. Went with push-ups as I already had done dips. Dipping Station is far removed from everything pressable overhead (exception dumbbells) and I didn’t want to use rings
