I was making a general statement about my scope of practice, which was really to preempt anybody from asking me about drugs. Oh, and believe it or not, I can not ethically recommend the use of even nutritional supplements. That’s within the scope of practice of a nutritionist. We have some strict guidelines on this stuff. This can get very frustrating in my line of work, as you might imagine.
Also, when I was talking about dependency, you’ll see I was referring to psychostimulant medication, not nootropics. Besides, when I used the term “dependent,” I was not merely referring to physiological dependence. I was more referring to the fact that the students with whom I work often share that they want to “own” their own progress. In their minds, relying on a drug to get good grades makes them uncomfortable. I feel medication has a place for some people, but not everybody feels that way.

I know they specifically warn NOT to take ElitePro and Z12 at the same time, and ElitePro is basically just a better version of ZMA, so you might want to look into that.
