Non-Stimulant “Fat Burner” Suggestions?

What’s the best non-stimulant fat burner out there? I’m using the term “fat burner” colloquially because obviously burning fat isn’t as simple as taking a pill. But what do you guys use and/or recommend for a little pwo or midday boost?

T3 would be about the only-non-stim

FWIW, I moved this out of Pharma because I couldn’t really figure out the question. You want something for fat loss or something for energy? Is the P in “pwo” pre or post? Are you looking for pharmaceuticals or over-the-counter supps?

If you want a non-stimulant fat burner, as in something to help with fat loss, I’d go with Indigo-3G for the nutrient partitioning and GDA-like benefits.

If you want something just for a midday energy boost, more context about nutrition timing would help. Like, if you’re crashing an hour after lunch, then fix what you’re having for lunch and/or grab quick walk for a couple minutes after eating.

If you’re just looking for pharmaceuticals, yeah no, I’m out of my depth on that.

I can see how my question was kind of ambiguous. What I’m looking for is some kind of otc pre workout/fat burner to add to my routine. I take adderall for my ADD, so I cannot take another stimulant. I don’t even drink coffee after my first cup in the morning. Most of the fat burning supplements are stimulant-based, so I’m looking for something that can help give me a little boost without giving me a stroke.

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic, but I’m serious. Midday boost or PWO go out and get in the sun for a 10 minute walk. Burn some calories, help get PWO carbs into muscle instead of fat, help alertness, get some vitamin D. No stimulant issues. Go walk.

I wasn’t being serious. But I also thought you were just busting my balls. But you’re right, a midday stroll would be great. Unfortunately I’m chained to my desk for the majority of my day, so I don’t get to walk until after work when I take the dogs out for a run. But I should carve out ten minutes where I just leave the building and go stretch my legs.
