ooo intermittent vegan… Is that like intermittent fasting? Hey, I’m kind of an intermittent vegan as I don’t eat any meat for 16 hours every day. :)
Just Funny.

why would one need probiotics? just wondering if im missing out on something awesome.
I’m not amazing with this stuff, but my understanding is that consistently eating one type of protein over an extended period of time can leave the body depleted of the bacteria that assist in the digestion of said type of protein. If you continue to eat that protein at a high frequency in spite of being depleted of the bacteria needed to digest it, you will have toruble digesting the protein/shit brix.

Probiotics would be one way to avoid this, since they help keep bacteria populations in the intestines up- this means that you will be able to digest the protein/meat effectively.

Again, that’s layman as fuck so if anyone has a correction please jump in.

hmm. i am shitting rock hard dumps every day lately. This means that i possibly am not effectively using the protein im ingesting?
i also eat the same things every day.

Yeah,

If someone can explain how you gauge your ability to digest food and what point pro-biotics should be taken I would love an explanation.

I eat a lot of my vegetables raw and occasionally I will see a couple pieces show up undigested in the toilet. Other than that, I’m not sure what else to go by.

I judge by regularity. And comfort.

1 wipe-ers as theyre known. Obviously a second wipe for assurance.

No there are non-rock-hard shits that are 1 wipers. That’s the beauty. The more the merrier in my book. Although I don’t usually shit in books.
